THE LOCATION
Chateau Edelweiss is centrally located three miles from the Village of Arroyo Grande with its quaint shops and great restaurants and 15 miles from San Luis Obispo. Vineyards surround us. Bordered by Edna Valley wine region, Central Coast beaches, and the Los Padres Hills, you will find ten wineries within a fifteen minute drive. Guests who choose to wine taste will find get tasting room discounts at some of the areas finest wineries.
The area is renowned for cycling. The road leading to Chateau Edelweiss, Corbett Canyon Rd., was recently included in Stage 5 of the 2015 Amgen Tour de California. Cycling maps are available for guests. Public beach access is nearby: Grover Beach (7 miles), Pismo Beach (12 miles), and Avila Beach (16 miles). The Pismo Beach Premium Outlets are 6 miles away. You will be staying at a very central location.
Some of our favorite Arroyo Grande spots: Mule Bakery, Andreini's Coffee, Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Parlor, Mason Bar and Spoon Trade in Grover Beach. In San Luis Obispo: Scout Coffee, Sidecar, Novo's, Korbel at Blue, and Granada Bistro.
